Luetooth service errro

Luetooth not getting connected with the leaptop. when i went in its setting -option the 'turn discovery on' was not ticked on. when i tclicked on it and clicked apply, abluetooth service error note came with detail as "An error occurred while windows was saving your sittings. The following sittings was not saved:

Discoverability sittings

Connection settings"

how should i solve it???
