Please please dispatch my passport how many times i have to mail you i fed up with passport authorites they are not botherd about the applicants

HYDW71086708 . police verification has been done . when i check my status in website it showing that your passport will be dispatched on 8-07.Till know i didn't received my passport. I kindly request you to dispatch my passport as early as possible. I applied for ms program its very urgent for me.
