No proper principal in college

Respected Sir

In our college we dont have a proper principal and classes for us. We are struggling with the securities daily. they are treating us as a slave. Even annauniversity announced to use mobiles but they are not allowing also not returning the mobile after completing the course. Asking fine for late coming to colleges and also for taking leave after government holidays. asking money for campus interview. no proper food in hostel and the rooms are like a market... please do a favour for us please help us from this burden... please its a humble request from our college students.
