Not Trasferring my shares to mmy demat acct after taking the payment

Hi Sir,

I have an trading acct with pace fin service and demat acct with indiabulls. My complaint is that pace finance service are not trasferring my share to my demat acct through i have no acct pending now.

I wnat these shares i my account as soon as possible because it consist of huge amount.

Moreover apart from that they have charge me huge amount as an interest on the amount that i have already paid through various cheque. What they use to do is amount get creditted to the amount from my account but they are not enterring into my trading account (That this payment can come me on this date). They give me entry after 15 day and charged the interest of these 15 days .that i have already paid.

Please let me know how to proceed next so that i can take the interest back from them.
