I Hvnt recieved my music system since 2.5 yrs after sale of my ca

I bought my car in janaury 2007.There was a scheme that time in whch music system was given too me at the cost of Rs.18000.At the sale of vhicle they told us that a wire is missing and could be attached when car will come for first service.since that they i hv visited there more ten times every time there is diherent reason by which they ignor us.the oner of the company never available there but the employes who are not given any authority too ake any decisions regarding this.so i want i should be refunded with my amount aur i will hv to go to cunsumer court.i will be highly thankful for your convenience
