Selling of such goods at more then M.R.P

Respected sir/madam,

I would like to pay your attention towards selling of packed food items colddrinks, watertbottels etc. at railway station and busstands. At almost every railway staion and busstand even at NEW DELHI Railway station and I.S.B.T. you find the shopkeepers will sell these company packed food items at more than M.R.P. You know at the time of travelling everyperson is in hurry they have no time to complian and there is no provision of giving bill so how can a persion complain of this.

Kindly do something in this regard. I salll be very thankful to you.
