after receiving the estimate for Packing & Moving of my Household Car Motocycle

[Surat to Hyderabad]

Subsequently I asked them for Packing & Moving of :

Maruti 800 Car

Bullet Motorcycle

Kitchen ware

Suitcase - 35 kg

And some small luggage

They had committed to provide the goods in 2-3 working days & a max. of 1 week for delivery of Motorcycle.

Payment was done in cash, to them, on 16/09/08. And they agreed to provide all the above mentioned items as per above schedule.

Out of which Car & other Household were received in One week.

Motocycle which has a value of Rs. 1 Lac was received only on 06/10/08 after numerous reminders & calls.

This has been delivered after 21 days.

Apart from this, there is a lot of damage in the Bike.

Tank is dented with the Side Ikon totally broken.

Right Side Dickey is damaged completely.

Horns are bent

Headlight Panel alignment & wings are damaged completely

Front Mud-guard is bent inside

Back Mud-guard is dented

In addition to these, the Engine has been hit badly at the Bottom & there is Oil Leakage in it.(still under detection)

The thankless Company, might not be aware what amount of damage has been done to the bike.!!!

I asked them to ask any workshop what are the charges to mend / repair the damages.

The company have totally broken the trust I kept with them.

They demanded all money in advance & left the job & follow-up on me only.

Till date I have not received the Insurance Papers for Goods. [I have paid for that]

I am not at all happy with the Services I paid them for.

I will never suggest their name to anyone for such type of Packing & Moving.

In simple words this a cheating done to customer as a part of Packing & Moving.

They are not a professional Carrier.

I am demanding them to pay back my Insurance money = Rs. 1500 & my Motorcycle damages.

And I strongly demand the total Refund of my Bike Transport & Repair Charges.

Dear Sir,

Please suggest how can I get back my money which I paid in excess.
