Hi,

I sent one carton from Bangalore to Bikaner (Rajasthan) on 29th July through a packers and movers service in bangalore. The carton has not yet reached. I tried to call them a number of times, but all they say is we'll get back to you in 1-2 days. So and so person is not there. You will get the carton in 4-5 days. Even I went to their office a couple of times but in vain. Its been 4 months, so I thought of putting it down in consumer forum. The carton was insured as written in the receipt of payment. Please help!!
