D/sir, i booked a packet thru speed post hpo, asansol-713301 vide rt no ew226652340in on 13.07.2009 for delivery to my daughter at ksom, kiit university, bhubaneswar-751024.when i met the hpo, asansol on17.07.09 they said that the packet has been damaged .after that i lodged a complain vide complai no 100000-48286 on 17.07.2009 for non delivery of the packet.but surprisingly the status of the complain shows pkt has been delivered and matter be dropped.which is absolutely false.till now the pkt has not been delivered.pl look into the matter and expedite delivery.matter be treated as urgent .otherwise the matter will be refeered to the grievance cell and consumer forum for compensation.
