Dear Sir/Madam

Thess complaints would be effective only, if the government takes it seriously. What's the point of India having a fast developing economy when the government itself is encouraging the aultaeration of food..They themselves are killing their future and then they ask these questions HOW TO STOP BRAINDRAIN, If the government is being selfish then, why can't its citizen's find a better way, for just a couple of bundles of money the government is ruining India as a whole and its future aswell. This will be just another scrap for you but its ok..WE ARE USED TO IT
