I am to inform you that my passport No: Q162658 dtd 10.08.1983 issued has been submitted to you for renewal vide application No: C 043190 dated 10.12.2007. I request to state that till this date (30.07.08) it has not been renewal. In between a belated name verification was also conducted by the concerned local police authorities on (09.07.08).

Even after this I am not in receipt of the renewed passport. I would most humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter and issue my renewed passport without further delay please.
