Poor food preparation

We use to have food from PADMA GARDEN HOTEL, New Panvel from long back. But now a days the quality is not maintaining. The chicken and all not cooking properly. We have made a complaint to them. Please advise them to do cooking properly. We all have got dysentery. So do the needful at the earliest
