Worst service in booking gas through telephone

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am the community head of residents at seethapalmandi secunderabad 500061, majority of the families residing in this locality have padma gas connection which is situated in warasiguda secunderabad. We are facing great difficulty in booking gas through telephone for our daily needs as they are not attending our calls though it is their working hours. When we are trying to call the service number provided they neither answer our calls or put the receiver aside. The situation is in such a worst condition that every one should stop at their office and form a queue to book the gas, even though there is telephone service existing. This same situation is continuing since many months. I am not having any photos to attach for proofs but I can provide their service number for your verification i.e 27078378, 27072743. Hope this issue is dealt with immediate effect.
