Selling the gas cylinders in open market not distributing to the consumers promptly

The Joint Collector, Nellore may kindly be inspect the godown of the said agency and the distributing registers because the said padmasri gas agency is selling domestic cylinders in open mareket nearly Rs.500/- per cylinder and not supplying the cylinders to the consumers properly who booked earlier. For instance I booke for a cylinder on 27/1/09 under consumer no.6305. Still today i have not received cylinder, but the said agency giving news to the leading news papers that they have distributed the cylinders upto 28/1/09. This news is todays back. So, I request to visit the said agency and take necessary action on this complaint
