Egarding not picking up phone, delayed delivery

I am the customer of this padmavathy gas agency, sunguvarchathiram, customer no is 10436,

when ever i call this agency for booking (04427165472) they are not picking the phone, when they are issuing the cylinder in our village they stand in one place and ask everyone to come and collect them on their own and the bill is not being issued for the same. none of us are getting the consumer number when we book the cylinder. none of us know the original rate of the cylinder, when there is a demand they themself hike the price, and we are bound to pay it, otherwise we are not supplied.at present they are charging, Rs 380/-they are not issuing the bill reciept for the amount we pay

since they have too many villages to cover they are not able to supply the cylinder, so it will sound bad on the parent company IOC, so please for goodness sake, if u give onemore agency which can work better in sriperumbandhur area, it will be better for every one as so many companys are coming up and becoming highly populated. kindly consider this complaint, and do the needful as early as possible
