Dear Sir/Madam,

My reliance mobile no. 9372430216 has blocked since 29th December.

I have made complaint in this regard to Web World, Wardha. They have given reason that the no. has blocked due to the complaint of missing of mobile. But I had never made any complaint regarding missing of my mobile. After that I have contacted to the Web World, Nagpur. They have send the request for the release of no. but due to mismatch of required data My mobile no. is yet not started and they said me to contact the Web World, Wardhaman Nagar.

Since I am not at the fault and I have not made any complaint regarding missing of my mobile, my reliance mobile no. is blocked since 29th December and now nobody is entertaning for the restoring of the same.

If my mobile no. is not started within next 24 hrs, this will compell me to go to the consumer forum as well media.

I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful in this regard.
