Contractors working for BBMP Mahadevapura

This complaint is about the contracaotrs working in Akshay Nagar II block, employed by BBMP Mahadevapura.

To start with they used the JCB and broke all the draingage pipe. electricity pipe, telephone phone, which we had to lay down again spending huge money on Aug 13th. The stones in front of the house has been removed a mont ack for construction as a result we are unable to take our car or two wheeler out of the house and finding difficulty in comuting to office. While we were told that the work will take 3/4 days, its been a month and not completed yet.

Due to rains the dugged gutter gets clogged with rain water and the contractor/workers, just break the drainage pipe everytime and push the water clogged into the pit and we need to spend each time Rs.= to clean up the same - we have done this 3 times in the ;past one month.

While they finished consgtructing the gutter, they have blocked the gutter just after our house and because of the heavy rain yesterday night, the water is clogged in front of the house as there is no way for it to flow. This water is now entering our house through the bathroom draingage pipes.

We are not able to use the bathroom today, as a result both me and my husband cannot go to work, my daughter cannot go to college cuasing financial loss to us. We are just fed up of this work going on. The old gutters were huge enought to hold rain water however heavy it rains and we have never had the problem of water entering the house. Why is BBMP spending to make the situation worse and causing hardship to citizens, I don't understand.

I need explanation and quick redressal for my complaint.
