I would like to lodge a complaint against the paid parking contractor, tot mall, sector 62, Noida.

He had already encroached a large part around the road in front of tot mall and was forcibly charging parking fees from the visitors. But now he has encroached the area in front of the Mother Dairy, which as I understand, does not fall under the area allotted to him.

He has kept some 4-5 men, who have no sense of talking to people and are always ready to quarrel. The same thing happened with me yesterday on 2nd Aug when he started to ask for money for the parking ticket. I told him that the area in front of Mother Dairy does not belong to him and I was parking there from past 3 years and then he started talking in extremely cheap and foul language. When I asked him that if this area was allotted to him, then he can show me the relevant documents. He said that he has hung boards there and that was all required for him to lay his claim.

I would like the relevent dpeartments to look into these people who are charging illegal parking fees all the time
