Missing pacel

Dear sir/madam

i am a research scholar of fine arts from Aligarh Muslim University. I am having a painting exhibition in Kannur, Kerala on the occasion of all India history congress for which i booked my painting through the Kerala sampark kranti exp. on 24th dec from New Delhi station but the paintings could not be loaded because the door of the van could not open, so the authorities told me they will send them the next day through any other train but till today (ie 29th dec) i have no clue of my parcel.

the bill no of my parcel is bill no.-324608.Please do the need full my exhibition has already been ruined, and also how i can know the status of my parcel.
