Delay, Damage & missing of house hold goods, during Transpotation through Packer & Move

I had booked my house hold articles from Bangalore to Mumbai through Laxmi Packers & Movers on dated 17.05.2008. As per their commitment the goods should reach at the concern address on 20.05.2008. But after so many times of follow up lastly it has reached at the destination on 25.05.2008. As per agreement they have to un pack the goods and set at my mumbai house. But they only dump the said goods and ran away. Also among all my goods 1packet has been missing. When I call up their person in Bangalore and Mumbai, they are not listening to me and Threatening me and my family. I am a salried person in a pvt. organisation. The said packer & mover co. has Harass me a lot. I want to file a case against said co. please guide me.
