Non stopping of Bus in the Bus stand

Dear Sir

On monday 11/10 at 9 PM we were waiting for the bus at T.Nagar Bus stand to go to Kizhkattalai. I saw V 91 bus coming to bus stand and waiting to stop so that i could board the bus with my wife and 5 year old kid. But the bus didn't stop and passengers started boarding the bus while moving. I didn't have any other way other than boarding since I was told my family that the last bus is at 9.o Clock. While boarding my daughter fell down and my wife slipped from bus and finally some how we could manage to board the bus. Even all this happened bus didn't stop and the conductor is also watching this. I asked the conductor but he didn't bother to listen. next day I went to T.NAGAR busstand and complaint to the time keeper in the bus stand. I narrated the incident to the time keeper and told him the driver Mr Vijayan (Conductor told me the driver name) didn't stop the bus in the bus stand. I requested him to take necessary action. Instead of replying positively, all the employess in the office started firing on me and told me do whatever u want. We cant do any thing. One Mr shanmugam in the office talked me very rudely. I didnt expect this from the responsible people.

i request the authorities to take necessary action
