The technician named Ravi from Kothagudem Franchise of Eureka Forbes came to our house on 01.08.08 to replace the filters in the AG NOVA Water Purifier which was under working condition and as our Unit is under AMC . After replacing the filters he could not replace the jumper in the right place which had fallen in his hands. After re-assembling the Unit it was found that the unit is not working. He informed that PCB & UV Tube are failed. The technician said that it will be rectified with in 3days by replacing the spares but till-date it was not replaced or rectified. And the Technician named Ravi is not responding to Us over Phone.

2.Mr. SRIKANTH of HYDERABAD Branch [Cell No. 9848891342].

Mr. SRIKANTH promised on 01.08.08 that he would arrange the Spares with in 3 days to the technician but for last 2 days he was also not responding over phone.

It is regretted to inform that we never expected that the Customer had to suffer for a long period and customer himself had to contact everybody which shows Customer Care is very poor.

Hence, matter may be treated urgent and please arrange for rectification immediately.
