PAL-PEUGEOT
Non receipt of booking amount

I had booked a PAL PEUGEOT car by remitting Rs 25, 000 on 27/10/1995, thru T V Sundaram Iyengar and sons, Cochin

Since there was inordinate delay in the delivery of the car, the order was cancelled and refund claimed as per the directions given in the form

Since they were not favorably responding, i filed a case in the consumers dispute redressal forum kannur. On 22/12/1999 CDRF passed the order directing PAL PEUGEOT to refund the amount.

Till date i have not being able to obtain the refund and interest

Kindly guide me in this regard. I understand that PAL PEUGEOTS landed property in Mumbai was disposed in 2008 april for 600 crores

Is there any way in which i can get the anount due to me?
