Non receipt of booking amount

Dear Sir,

I had booked Pal-Peugeot car withdepositing 25000/- through dealer of Rajkot in the year l995 as per company Form bearing No.0002303 of 09-10-1995. & I had received a Receipt cum delivery Crad foir

the same. After some time I had sent a letter for cancellation of booking our above car with original receipt cum priority crad dully signed by me vide my Regd.letter 29-11-1996 and I had received the

letter from company on 15-1.1997 regarding my cancellation with information that same is being in

processed for refund order.

I regret to inform you that in spite of our many reminder letters in this subject, till date I have not received

any reply or refund my deposied amount.
