Refund of Booking amount of Rs.25000/- with interest

During 1995 I booked PAL PEUGEOT car with M/sAmardeep Motors Chandigarh and paid a DD for Rs. 25000/- payable at Mumbai for Canara Bank Mumbai. Company cheated me by not giving refund of my booking amount with interest. I put a complaint in Consumer Redressal Forum Chandigarh. The case was decided in my favour but, the same order has never been executed and till today I have not recieved my booking amount with interest. It is only in India that such companies keep cheating the consumers and go scotfree. I will be highly obliged if any forum can get me my hard earned money which i could not get even after orders by the consumer redressal Forum chandigarh.
