Non receipt of booking amount with interest

Respected Sir,

I was serching for some help on Internet for refund on cancellation of Pal -Peugeot car and come to see article where you helped the consumer in getting refund amount and hence this mail to you sir.. I also had booked Pal -Peugeot car depositing Rs 25000/- through local dealer in te year 1996.I then opted for cancellation and sent receipt cum priority card duly signed for refund towards cancellation. As I didn't received principal amount with interest after so many reminders to the company I then resort to CERC but to no avail. May I humbly request you to guide me as to how proceed in the case and help me in getting refund amount with interest till date PL?
