Please find mentioned hereunder details pertaining to the subject matter.

- Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. Officers’ PF Trust, New Delhi issued cheque # 258535 dated 18.7.07 for Rs.1, 49, 792/- drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of ‘ Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Mumbai – MH/KND/91060/122 ’ towards funds transfer from my PF a/c # SRPR/HO/745 & Pension a/c # UP/3610/645.

- Pam-Glatt Pharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. submitted the above cheque to the regional PF office - Kandivali, Mumbai on 14.8.07

- Cheque deposited in your bank on 24.9.07 (Ref. – Sl. # 5118 of Cash Section)

- Shriram Pistons & Rings HDFC Bank a/c got debited on 3.10.07.

- Pam-Glatt submitted PF & Pension withdrawal form for the sub. a/c on 21.8.08.

I wish to inform you that I have received credit of only Rs.68, 418/- & Rs.12, 758/- in my Axis Bank a/c for the amount that had accrued during my service at Pam-Glatt. The amount that had been transferred by Shriram Pistons remains unpaid. The question is where is the amount of Rs.1, 49, 792/- lying? I request you to kindly look into this matter & arrange to release the above unpaid amount with applicable interest thereon without any further delay.
