I am running a shop named New Parivar and a regular buyer of P&G products.

Unfortunately, your salesperson Mr. Harender Kumar has misbehaved with me when i ask about the way services being delivered to me. The distributor is SKM enterprises.

I am disappointed because when i tried to reach TSI Mr. Parveen Kumar regarding this issue; he also had the same attitude towards me. When i asked to him about the services and salesperson behavior then in reply he (Parveen Kumar) mentioned that we will not deliver any P&G product to my shop.

I felt like i was cheated or something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented to him.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait for your response before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.
