OUR ACCOUNT WITH BOB IS 06430400022901

This is with reference to above mentioned cheque no 985663 dated 05.09.08 of Rs 48960 in favour of "Dhiren Plast", we would like to inform you the following points

Cheque was issued in favour of a company " Dhiren Plast" but was not crossed & neither was endorsed for cash payment by AG Poly Packs (P) Ltd.

Date of issue on the instrument was 05.09.08 but was wrongly modified to 08.09.08 (no additional signature of correction was present on the instrument).

Cheque was submitted in Mandoli Branch (Delhi) but was paid in cash form Dilshad Garden Branch (Delhi).

Phone number and DL no of person taken cash form the branch written on the back of the instrument is incorrect.

It seems to be a fraud done by BOB Mandoli Employee with the involvement of BOB Dilshad Garden employee. You are requested to look into the matter seriously and Credit our account with Rs 48960. Hoping for a quick and favorable res-ponce.
