ATM Card Unable to process

Dear Sir,
In my ministatement of A/c No. 10914276445 and ATM Card No. 6220180468800044280 Available Balance is 21157.55 on 30.06.08 but when I used my ATM on 06.07.08 it displays UNABLE to Process and Response Code is 057.
I have not withdrawn any amount after 30.06.08, then why it is not not processing.
Kindly revert URGENTLY
