Non delivery of sample

Sir,

this is saurav mani tripathi, I own a export company & i had sended the sample of rice on 11sep 09 through INDIAN POST SERVICE to Mr. Ashish Muku Almata Kazakstan (consignment no. - FGN-AIR-RP B 726) and they told me that it will reach there within 15 days but till now it havent reach there till now. And they are not able to reply properly what is the reason & when it will reach.

Sir it was my first consignment & the delay will surely affect my image. So its mine humble request to you that kindly do what you can.
