We purchased a Panasonic refrigerator worth 30000 four months back and after 4th day the refrigerator stopped working company sent engineers but was of no use. After that we also noticed a breakage inside fridge then finally company replaced fridge after 4 months, but the fridge which was delivered was small and a different model, now that fridge has also stopped working.

Im hopping to see court's help to get my money back.

The fridge was purchased from K SQUARE network Shop NO-8 kapil vihar main road, Pitampura.

And when we called up the dealer he was least interested in helping us..

HE gave us the company's work shop number and when we called up work shop they said they will send some body but no body turned up.
