Agrasen Packers and Cargo Movers
Delay in delivering and not answering queries

I had sent my bike (Pulsar 150 cc) using Agrasen Packers and Cargo Movers services from New Delhi to Udupi, Karnataka on the 25th of March. The time promised for delivery was 6-8 days, however, it has been over 20 days and no one is able to tell me why there is a delay, also they are turning abusive each time I call them. They have been asking me to call in a day or two and they will try to track it. Any help would be really appreciated.
