I live in Mirzapur, today (27 March) I purchased my first car from AGR Automobiles, Varanasi (70 Kms away from Mirzapur).

During the time of delivery I was told that there is 2-3 litres petrol in the tank while the car didn’t go more than 5-7 kms from AGR Automobiles (delivery point).

When I called the Sales Person Mr. Adarsh Srivastava and his senior Mr. Singh they simply said sorry and suggested me to arrange the petrol any how at my own effort. I really felt very sad after buying this car from a well known organisation “Maruti”. This is the first car of my life and I was very happy during the delivery, but all my happiness suddenly turned into a pain when I stucked in a heavy traffic with a new car without petrol in it. I felt a very great regression that why I purchased this car, I should have not been go to purchase a product where water and tea/coffee is served to a customer untill he doesn’t pay and get the product and after that no one is there to help him.
