Non receipt of Pan card

I have applied for the Pan card of one of my client Mr Rakesh B Jain via acknowledgement number 030500500339820. On Tin Nsdl site the following message appears :-

"Your PAN card has been dispatched on 20-May by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. 2763633342, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application"

Permanent Account Number (PAN) : ALWPJ2717N.

Also when I checked the status at your site the message found is that the residense was locked & one message is left. However the residence was not locked & no message was found.

Could you please look in to the matter urgently as we need the pan card for very urgent purpose.
