Damage of battery

I Jagnarayan singh shifted the household goods from Derabasi to Noida by agrawal packers, The agrawal persons removed water from my battery fully claiming nothing will happen to battery, after putting water & checking it is found that battery is not taking charging the electrical shop persons says u have removed water & battery remained dry so it is damaged agrawal representative from chandigarh still claims that they transport battery without water but refused to give in writting, They cheat customers by giving false commitment I have lost Rs.9000 battery just because their false claims. None of representative is ready to take responsibilty of damaging my battery. Chandigarh representative mobile no is 9814118909, he still says we send battery like this but my battery is damaged.
