Written of wronf state name and other address (ES) on letter send by you alongwith PAN Card

I, Kiran w/o Dharmender Singh had received PAN Card no. BFWPK4858J alongwith a informatory letter in the first week of Feb. 2009. On going through letter I observed that addres mentioned by you shows State name PUNJAB whereas I hails from HARYANA as I mentioned in the application form. Secondly as mentioned in letter viz. Other Address (ES) GOVT. HIGH SCHOOL, JAHAJPUL whereas I mentioned in the application form SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, MIRZAPUR, HISAR.

So you are requested make necessary correction and intimation may be given to me.
