Excess billing and hesitate my complaint in Air tel

Dear Sir

I am using Air Tel Land line for the past 8 years, as so far I am not raise anycomplaint from my end.

Last month Telephone bill One USA Call made by me on saturday 9.30PM and after contact the Fax for that and immediately after 2 minutes I am switchoff my fax and also cut of my land line. But I am very shocking to show my bill one Cass for that comes arount RS.- about this I am complaint to AIR Tel authorities and also they give complaint number i.e. 3952830. But they not reverse any amount from bill and they phone to me and speak very very wrongly. They not convey customer needs. This is my complaint My complaint Telephone no. is 91-044-42172282. And I am also decided to do one thing, they not solved my quirey, I am decided to cancel my 3 Land line connection, and 9 mobile connection from my end.
