Refund of EPF Contribution

Dear Sir,

I have send a Regd. Post Envelope vide Receipt No.3143 on dtd. 14/01/09 for cliam of refund my EPF contribution from M/s. Agribiotech Industries Ltd., Plot No. SP-156, RIICO Industrial Area, Ajitgarh, Distt. Sikar (Raj.)

But, sir till date I have not received acknowledge card nor any correspondance from the Deptt regarding my refund.

You are requested to kindly let me know the status of my claim
