Pan card
Incorrect name

Sir,

My name is prashant goswami. And my pan card i was not useing earlier because i was studying.but its time for doing job and my pan card will be required.

So i can't use the pan card because my name is printed incorrect. But the address is correct.so its my humble request to issue me a new one with correct name and address. Its not prashanta its prashant goswami.
