Dear Sir,
My brother has applied for PAN card on 20th October through Hyderabad UTITSL but have not received it till date. I have checked it in the Pan tracker website where it is showing as under process but when i contacted the Hyderabad office they are telling that the card have already been despatched on 5th November. I have checked it at my local post office but they have not received it yet. Pan Card Nos. APQPR8475K, Pan coupon Nos. 029280621, Pan Application SR. No.028255078, Name-Sattam Ray.
I would therefore request your goodself to kindly look into the matter urgently and do the needful as soon as possible as my brother's salary in his company will be on hold due to this issue.
