I, Sureshbhai Dhulabhai Parmar as an Individual has applied for PAN and above referred acknowledgement no is given to me.

I got a communication from site on 02.12.2008 that my PAN Card No: AZCPP7176K is posted to the address for communication given by me.

As advised, on not getting my PAN Card, I contacted First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd with airway bill no. ZB6057266 and I was informed that they could not deliver this at my address which is a small village and have returned the same to you.

I am sending this communication and request you to send my PAN Card at my work address as under, if can not be given to my residence address quoted for communication:
