Sir i have applied for new pan card in the month of jan 08 through UTI bank Jamnagar, Gujrat branch. in the month of Feb 08 i have been told that my pan card is dispatch on 13 Feb 08. but till todate i have not received my card. after so many complaint nothing has been done. even though i have checked with the courier department also. my putting my details on net i become to know only my pan card number. please help me out.
