Pan card
Pan card has been issued but not delivered

I have applied for pan card on 6th october.till now, i haven't received the same. when enquired at the UTI centre, where i have applied they said that i have been issued the card bearing the number AHYPN 4632Q and the same has been dispatched to me by post on 22 november. but till now, i didn't get the card.

i request you to get me the card soon and in case it has been misplaced issue me another one since i haven't received my original one.
