Name not fully printed

Hi,

I've applied and got my pan with my name thought no errors as the internet version showing full name. But banks not accepting my pan as valid as it not contains my last name printed on it.

Name on PAN: Chamarthi sathyanarayana

PAN No. AJVPC0717A

Please reissue me a card with full name.
