I applied for the PAN Card on line dated 4/11/08. ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: 881020104378901. I have not recieved the PAN card till date. The on line tracking for the status of the same shows that all the relevant documents has been recieved. The application is under process.

I am unable to understand that in case all the documents have been recieved why am I not getting the PAN Card.
