PAN Card Not Received

Sir,

I have applied for PAN No. vide acknowledgement no. 060940400309670 dt. 24/11 but till date we have not received any PAN Card while we check the PAN application status from NSDL web site it shows that my card has been delivered on 8-12 against airway bill no. 2690668831 thru Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd.

Now when we check the airway bill no at the Expressit Logisitics Worldwide Ltd. it shows the status as follows:-

Airway bill no. : 2690668831

Ref no. 609404003090705161

delivery Branch: GZB-Ghaziabad

Status: delivered on Dec 08 on 13:10

Received by: K.Kapoor (Secretary)

We do not know any K.Kapoor in our shop.

So please enquired it and rearrange the delivery of my PAN Card at my Address.
