Pan card
Pan card not received even one year after applying

I had applied for the pan card on 07/01/08 and till date i.e. 09/02 I havent received the card. I am a non resident Indian and had applied online and payment made by credit card. My application/transaction no is 116880 & application was send to their chembur branch (mumbai) I had numerous time tried to correspond with Uti by mail and phone they still cldnt solve my issues. everytime they say it is been send and I will receive it shortly. Can the consumer forum can help me?
