I have received my PAN card (PAN card no: ALNPC0436C, your despatch ID :42679711, bundle ID: KOL-POST-55317 518/7, PSA/ISW CODE :2WBA100, COUPON NO: 032533876) on 23rd March for which I applied in the month of February but in the PAN card, my father's name has been misprinted as ' SANDIP KUMAR CHAKRABORTY' which actually should be ' DIPAK KUMAR CHAKRABORTY'.

I, therefore, request the concerned authority to rectify the father's name as 'DIPAK KUMAR CHAKRABORTY'.and send the corrected PAN card to the following address as soon as possible
