Pan card
Applied on line on 26/02/09 still not received my pan card

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Pan Card on 26/02/09 and received an acknoledgement No. 881010104794901 against it. My DD No. 018240 dt. 26.02.09 of Rs. 67 of State Bank of Indore payable at Mumbai.

But now they say that they are unable to find my middle name in POI, POA. Sir I had applied for my name as Sonali Girish Makode. Kindly note that Girish is my Husband's name and it is present in both the proofs i.e. Identity and Address Proof still they want some another proof, kindly let me what should I do.

On the other hand even after sending two reminders I am unable to receive my Pan Card, kindly help me in this case
